Hélène and Jean-Marc welcome you to La Houache, their large, beautiful 19th-century family home, quietly situated opposite the Loire ferry and halfway between Nantes and the beaches of Pornic. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public parking right in front of the house (possibility of parking on the property for motorbikes/cycles).
The garden surrounding the house will delight flower lovers, as will the terrace overlooking the Loire, where you can watch the ferry and its regular crossings.
The 5 bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house, each with en suite facilities: 3 double rooms on the 1st floor, one triple and one quadruple room on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast served on the veranda overlooking the Loire. Adjoining lounge for relaxing, and kitchenette available (fridge, hob, dishwasher...).
Additional amenities: wifi, hairdryer, chair/baby bed. Pets allowed (2 max - €10/pet/night). Maison d'hôtes with Accueil Vélo label (premises available).

Your hosts Hélène and Jean-Marc welcome you to their family home. Situated halfway between the beaches of Pornic and the town of Nantes, facing the Loire, La Houache is a beautiful, spacious 19th-century house. The 5 comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful atmosphere, while the lounge and veranda offer moments of relaxation during the day or evening. You can enjoy breakfast on the veranda while watching the ferry make its regular crossings from Le Pellerin to Le Paradis. Finally, without even leaving the house, you can visit a traditional bookbinding workshop! Jean-Marc is a skilled bookbinder and restorer.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et partagent facilement leurs connaissances de leur territoire avec les convives.
Nous avons eu droit à chaque petit-déjeuner de crêpes toutes fraîches.

Pierre Un excellent séjour pour une réunion de famille
Nous avions réservé les 5 chambres de La Houache pour une réunion de famille. Tout était parfait: le lieu, la maison elle même, la salle de bain dans chaque chambre, les vastes espaces communs. La Houache est facilement accessible depuis la gare ou l aéroport. On peut se promener sur les bords de la Loire. Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants
Si vous voulez vous retrouver à 10 ou 12 à proximité de Nantes, c est l endroit idéal!

Nora Ein schönes Haus, in einer tollen Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber
Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück im gemütlichen Wintergarten war perfekt!
