La Bruyère is a large, contemporary, all-wood new house nestled in 2000 m² of unenclosed parkland in the countryside between Nantes and Pornic. It features a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a boules pitch, children's games (shuffleboard, trap-door... ) and a ping-pong table.
The gîte has a closed garage with a large additional fridge. It's an independent, single-storey house (PMR-accessible): large living room (77 m²) with large bay windows (south-facing), including lounge/living room and open-plan fitted kitchen, storeroom (additional hotplate), 4 bedrooms each with 2 or 3 twin beds 90x200 (2 bedrooms with private shower rooms, 2 bedrooms with washrooms), 1 independent shower and 3 independent WCs.
Optional (see owners): possibility of renting 1 additional bedroom in their house, independent and accessible from the outside (2 twin beds 90x200, with private shower room and toilet).
Additional amenities: wifi, radio/cd, baby equipment, tumble dryer and electric recharging point available.
Included: geothermal heating, electricity, bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen (5€/pers), compulsory cleaning fee (95€) and tourist tax (0,88€/d./p.).
Short stays possible from 700€ for 2 nights, on request from the owners.

EPMS "le littoral" Le gîte est situé idéalement, très bien aménagé pour des personnes en situation de handicap.
Que du bonheur, les résidentes étaient ravies (apaisées,souriantes). Lieu idéal pour une déconnexion et un retour à la nature.

Valérie et Laurent Delamare excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Cathie et Mathieu qui nous ont très très bien accueilli. Le gîte est parfait pour une personne en fauteuil roulant, très grand et très bien adapté y compris pour profiter au mieux de la grande terrasse. Que des compliments à faire et encore un grand merci à Cathie et Mathieu pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en famille dans ce gîte et profiter de cette belle région.

Charline et Laura Séjour Magique avec Propriétaire très humain !
Maison très propre, bien organisé. Tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien ! La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriétaire au petit soin pour ses locataires. D'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance plutôt rare aujourd'hui. Allez y les yeux fermés!
Seul "petit" hic pour nous: a 25 min minimum de nos activités.
Nous reviendrons tous de même sans aucun problème!
