La Bruyère is a large, contemporary, all-wood new house nestled in 2000 m² of unenclosed parkland in the countryside between Nantes and Pornic. It features a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a boules pitch, children's games (shuffleboard, trap-door... ) and a ping-pong table.
The gîte has a closed garage with a large additional fridge. It's an independent, single-storey house (PMR-accessible): large living room (77 m²) with large bay windows (south-facing), including lounge/living room and open-plan fitted kitchen, storeroom (additional hotplate), 4 bedrooms each with 2 or 3 twin beds 90x200 (2 bedrooms with private shower rooms, 2 bedrooms with washrooms), 1 independent shower and 3 independent WCs.
Optional (see owners): possibility of renting 1 additional bedroom in their house, independent and accessible from the outside (2 twin beds 90x200, with private shower room and toilet).
Additional amenities: wifi, radio/cd, baby equipment, tumble dryer and electric recharging point available.
Included: geothermal heating, electricity, bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen (5€/pers), compulsory cleaning fee (95€) and tourist tax (0,88€/d./p.).

Bianca Un excellent séjour dans une magnifique maison
Nous, 4 personnes, avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien aménagée avec goût, qui convient bien à 8 adultes avec 2 enfants. Il ne manquait rien. Tous les ustensiles, la vaisselle, les verres, etc. étaient disponibles. Il y avait beaucoup de place dans les placards de la cuisine pour ranger nos propres affaires et nos achats. L'espace de travail avec machine à laver, sèche-linge et congélateur, ainsi qu'une deuxième plaque de cuisson, est également très pratique. Les lits étaient très confortables et Cathie les avait tous faits, car nous ne savions pas à l'avance laquelle des chambres nous allions occuper. Encore un grand merci pour cela. Tout était propre et aéré à l'arrivée. Mathieu était là dès que nous avions besoin de lui.
La région invite à faire des excursions à la mer, mais aussi à l'intérieur des terres. Tout est accessible en 25 minutes environ. Nantes est une ville charmante qu'il faut absolument voir.
