The Ker Beloüz Holiday cottage is a new, detached house ideally located 200 m from the Beach and 900 m from the Shop. 2 adult bicycles are available, allowing you to take advantage of the many walks in the surrounding area. Private parking on the property. Enclosed 130 m² garden with south-facing wooden terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, linen room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 twin beds 90x190, 3: bed 160x200) and shower room/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, sound towers and Tassimo coffee pods.
Included: electricity, aerothermal heating, bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax. Electric car recharge: 35€/stay.
Pets allowed (2 maximum), not allowed upstairs.

The choice is yours: stroll along one of the larger beaches, 500 m away, or along one of the smaller coves, 200 m away.
If you fancy a drive, the superb coastal road will take you through the neighbouring towns (Piriac-sur-Mer, La Turballe) and then across the salt marshes to La Baule, all in around thirty minutes.
A tour of the wild coastline could also be an exceptional escape. A cruise to Belle-Île-en-Mer from La Turballe... In short, you're spoilt for choice for a superb holiday.

Cocodou excellent séjour dans ce gîte près des plages et des commodités
séjour par chance pour cette période très ensoleillé. Aller à la plage à pied était très agréable. La maison était confortable et pratique. Un petit bémol pour le linge de lit : couettes et couvertures trop petites par rapport à la taille des lits.

Merci pour votre avis, nous sommes ravis que votre séjour se soit bien déroulé. Concernant le linge de lit, il est possible que cela soit lié à la taille du draps (?) puisque nous rapprochons 2 lits simples pour former un grand lit. Si oui, nous sommes désolés si cela a pu gêner votre confort ; si nous en avions été informés pendant votre séjour, nous aurions bien sûr fait le nécessaire, car il est très important pour nous que nos voyageurs passent d’excellentes vacances, et nous nous efforçons toujours d’être réactifs lorsque quelque chose peut être amélioré.

Henri logement conforme à la description. bien équipé electoménager vaisselle...
Accueil souriant et disponibilité. Beaucoup de chance par rapport à la météo car la pluie n'était jamais au rendez vous lors de nos déplacement. Septembre à Mesquer pour profiter du calme. Terrain vraiment clos qui pour nous était un impératif.
