The Ker Beloüz Holiday cottage is a new, detached house ideally located 200 m from the Beach and 900 m from the Shop. 2 adult bicycles are available, allowing you to take advantage of the many walks in the surrounding area. Private parking on the property. Enclosed 130 m² garden with south-facing wooden terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, linen room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 twin beds 90x190, 3: bed 160x200) and shower room/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, sound towers and Tassimo coffee pods.
Included: electricity, aerothermal heating, bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax. Electric car recharge: 35€/stay.
Pets allowed (2 maximum), not allowed upstairs.

The choice is yours: stroll along one of the larger beaches, 500 m away, or along one of the smaller coves, 200 m away.
If you fancy a drive, the superb coastal road will take you through the neighbouring towns (Piriac-sur-Mer, La Turballe) and then across the salt marshes to La Baule, all in around thirty minutes.
A tour of the wild coastline could also be an exceptional escape. A cruise to Belle-Île-en-Mer from La Turballe... In short, you're spoilt for choice for a superb holiday.

Marc, Martine. Sarko(le chien) Acceuil et contacts très serviables. Cuisine bien équipée, rien ne manque, malgré les grandes chaeurs la maison reste fraîche, belles promenades depuis la maison, bien situé pour les excursions. Très beau marché le vendredi. Première quinzaine de mai et tous les restos sont presque fermés en semaine(pizzeria, terrasse, crêperie, ...).allez a Kelabelec ou Piriac (au plus près)

SANDY Séjour reposant
Une maison ultra fonctionnelle avec vraiment une literie d'exception, un équipement parfait même pour moi qui cuisine beaucoup tout y était la proximité de la plage est vraiment un plus le lieu est proche de toutes les belles visites à faire maximum nous avons fait 30 min de voiture !, le double des clés da's boîtier et le portail à code est un plus quand on voyage avec des ados ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et un merci spécial à Celine qui s'est rendu très disponible pour répondre à nos questions

Maison très bien située à proximité de plusieurs plages, belles balades à effectuer...
