Equidistant from Nantes and St Nazaire (35 km), 10 km from Pornic, in the heart of the village and close to the coast (7 km), peace and relaxation await you in this barn converted into a holiday cottage, combining modern architecture and heritage preservation.
Situated in a cul-de-sac close to the owners' house, it offers complete independence, with a 40 m² terrace facing south/east and opening onto a 300 m² enclosed garden with badminton net.
Ground floor: bright living room (pellet stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (ch1: 160x200 bed, ch2: 2 twin 90x200 beds, ch3: 3 90x200 beds including 1 overhead), bathroom and separate WC.
Facilities include: fiber-optic internet access, tumble dryer, full baby equipment.
Included: pellets (stove reserve full corresponding to 2 bags) and bed linen.
Not included: electric heating (supplement above 10 kwh/day), additional pellet bags (9€), bathroom linen (7 €/pers.: kit with one bath sheet, one towel and two gloves), tourist tax.

As lovers of old stone and heritage preservation, we wanted to breathe new life into the old barn next to our property, which had been home to an owl for several years. We were keen to combine comfort and aesthetics, and we wanted to offer our guests the kind of accommodation we hoped for during our holidays. Super séjour dans la Chouette maison !
Gîte confortable et spacieux, lumineux, très propre, au calme. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie de qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables. Nous avons également apprécié la présence de la cour fermée pour se garer ainsi que l'espace extérieur clos ( top pour les enfants!)

Christine Belle maison pour un séjour en famille
Volumes généreux pour passer une semaine très hivernale, cuisine super bien équipée, literie de qualité, décoration soignée avec des clins d’œil chouettes, extérieur clos appréciable avec de jeunes enfants, au calme dans une impasse et accueil sympathique. Une rénovation très chouette.

Lucy Fantastic property perfect for our family
Brilliant property, clean, spacious and modern. The enclosed garden is perfect for the children. Bakery with in 1 min and amazing takeaway there as well. Perfect base for beach visiting, Nantes and other activities. Hosts welcoming this is our second visit. I don’t really want to say how lovely it is in case it gets booked up and we can’t visit again !!!!!

Muriel Très beau gite, bien entretenu, propreté irréprochable. L'équipement est moderne et fonctionnel et la décoration de très bon goût. Il ne manque rien. L'accueil des propriétaire est conviviale. La terrasse et le jardin sont "chouette". Si tous les gite pouvaient être aussi magnifique. Ce gîte porte bien son nom ! Chouette maison.
