Situated in a cul-de-sac close to the owners' house, it offers complete independence, with a 40 m² terrace facing south/east and opening onto a 300 m² enclosed garden with badminton net.
Ground floor: bright living room (pellet stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (ch1: 160x200 bed, ch2: 2 twin 90x200 beds, ch3: 3 90x200 beds including 1 overhead), bathroom and separate WC.
Facilities include: fiber-optic internet access, tumble dryer, full baby equipment.
Included: pellets (stove reserve full corresponding to 2 bags) and bed linen.

François Excellent gîte à tous les niveaux du Retz de chaussée à l'étage
Tout est très bien dans ce gîte super bien équipé à neuf, calme à 100% au fond d'une impasse. La terrasse est vraiment agréable et très grande. Super pratique aussi pour garer la voiture. Très bon accueil des sympathiques propriétaires. Bonne situation, proche des stations de la Côte de Jade. Merci Michèle et Joseph
