2 minutes from the center of Gaillac, on the route des coteaux de Matens. An ideal location for discovering France's oldest Vineyard and meeting the winemakers at the aperitif concerts held throughout the summer. Discover the Pays des Bastides and its fortified and picturesque villages, Albi and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City just 20 minutes away.
Enclosed garden and private terrace, not overlooked, view of the field behind and the Gaillac hills. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Living area with fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, etc.), sitting area with comfortable sofa bed for two additional people, laundry room (washing machine), two bedrooms, shower room (shower, double basin), separate toilet.
One bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, the second with two 90x190 single beds (which can be brought together to make a 180*190 bed). Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning service.
The Piscine is shared with the owners. Bean-shaped, it measures 8x4m, with a depth of 1.2-1.5m. Security provided by a barred cover.
Heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Secure Green'up socket (3.7kwh max) for recharging electric vehicles or rechargeable hybrids, invoiced according to consumption.

Couple chimacien Juin 2026
Gite spacieux, soigné, très bien équipé, vous y trouverez dans chaque endroit tout ce dont vous aurez besoin (cuisine, séjour, salle de bain, chambres, extérieurs).
Une terrasse couverte, un petit coin ombragé, l'utilisation de la piscine des propriétaires , tous les équipements ..., la climatisation (un must !) et même un carport ... que demander de mieux !
Bien que le gîte soit à l'arrière de l'habitation des propriétaires , on est indépendant et les espaces principaux de vie ne sont pas du côté de la maison des propriétaires (propriétaires discrets mais disponibles, bienveillants et de bon conseil).
C'est une adresse à choisir et à retenir pour un séjour sans souci....il n'y a pas de commerces accessibles à pieds mais on atteint rapidement et facilement en voiture les grandes surfaces et les routes vers les destinations touristiques que l'on veut visiter ...

BEAU BUNGALOW SITUE AU CALME ET A LA CAMPAGNE, LE JARDIN ETAIT UN PARADIS POUR NOTRE PETITE CHIENNE , TRES BIEN CLOTURE , AINSI QU'UNE BELLE TERRASSE,TRES AGREABLE POUR
