An ideal location for discovering France's oldest Vineyard and meeting the winemakers at the aperitif concerts held throughout the summer. Discover the Pays des Bastides and its fortified and picturesque villages, Albi and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City just 20 minutes away.

Enclosed garden and private terrace, not overlooked, view of the field behind and the Gaillac hills. Garden furniture, barbecue.

Living area with fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, etc.), sitting area with comfortable sofa bed for two additional people, laundry room (washing machine), two bedrooms, shower room (shower, double basin), separate toilet.

One bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, the second with two 90x190 single beds (which can be brought together to make a 180*190 bed). Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning service.

The Piscine is shared with the owners. Bean-shaped, it measures 8x4m, with a depth of 1.2-1.5m. Security provided by a barred cover.
