La Planette: mountain, forest, lake and hiking La planette, a strange name for a little corner at the end of the world, eight gîtes set on the banks of Lac des Saint-Peyres, in the Tarn mountains, at an altitude of 700m.

The expression "living in the heart of nature" is not overused here: the gîtes are surrounded by forest on one side, and by the lake on the other, the great Lac des Saint-Peyres, which has the air of a Canadian lake.

In autumn, between mushrooms and nature's brilliant colors, it's simply magnificent.

It's the start of a real vacation, where you can get away from it all, relax, enjoy the walking and hiking trails in the forest and tease the fish in the lake. If you're feeling sporty, get on your mountain bike and explore the many trails.
