Located just outside the city, with an exceptional view of the surrounding Countryside and its rolling hills, the holiday cottage enjoys a prime location. The Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum are just 5 minutes away, making it an ideal starting point for visiting Cordes-sur-Ciel, the Gaillac Vineyard, the bastides, and the medieval villages.
For your kids, the Cap Découverte complex is nearby, offering numerous bike trails and a variety of outdoor activities. The Atlantis Aquatic Center is also just a few minutes from the holiday cottage.
Here you’ll find a relaxing setting, a charming holiday cottage with a modern feel and every comfort, and a welcoming couple who are the owners of the property.
The holiday cottage has been completely renovated and is located in a wing of an old farmhouse, adjoining the owners’ home, in a quiet setting surrounded by meadows and woods. The Piscine is shared with the owners (1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with a gentle slope).
Recreation area with a picnic table, barbecue, playground for kids (slide, ladder, swing), bocce court, and ping-pong table.
Ground floor: living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, pantry, and half-bath.
Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm bed, one with a 160x200 cm bed, and one with an 80x190 cm bed), one of which has a walk-in closet and sunroom, bathroom, and toilet. Reversible air conditioning.
Heating fee: 50€/week—Electricity included up to 80 kWh per week.
Access to the Piscine is free; it is open from May through October (weather permitting).

Van 30 mei tm 27 Juni 2026 een hele fijne vakantie gehad op een zeer mooie locatie met alle comfort aanwezig. Ook het contact met de familie Barbe erg fijn contact gehad en we werden voorzien van alle tips uit de omgeveving. Ook hebben ze ons kennis laten maken met hun lokale producten. Deze bestemming is zeer de moeite waard om te onthouden voor een volgende vakantie.

Famille P Séjour au mois d'avril
Nous avons passé un séjour très agreable au mois d'avril 2026. Les hôtes étaient sympathiques, chaleureux et serviables. La literie étaient de bonnne qualité et l'endroit très calme. Nos enfants aimaient bien jouer dans le jardin et sur l'aire de jeux. Nous avons bien apprecié notre séjour ici.

Nathalie Gîte très agréable
Le gîte d’Eliette et Christian est très agréable et extrêmement propre, comme les extérieurs !
Tout est briqué, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi et c’est bien agréable (et bien trop rare).La piscine est propre et bien entretenue, l’aménagement autour est parfait pour s’y poser ou prendre l’apéro au calme. Les enfants ont adoré !
Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil d’Eliette et Christian, qui sont des hôtes adorables et très respectueux. Des hôtes qu’on aime à côtoyer, pas du tout envahissants, bienveillants et très intéressants.
Nous recommandons ce gîte avec grand plaisir !

Un grand merci à Eliette et Christian qui sont des hôtes exceptionnels, disponibles et chaleureux tout en restant discrets. Leur lieu de vie est un véritable paradis. Douceur de vivre, détente et piscine. Logement très bien équipé et confortable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous recommandons ce logement idéale avec des enfants.
