Le Bois de St-Quintin

On the heights of Albi, the Bois de St-Quintin is well known to Albigensians for its calm and bucolic walks.

Located just outside the city, with an exceptional view of the surrounding Countryside and its rolling hills, the holiday cottage enjoys a prime location. The Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum are just 5 minutes away, making it an ideal starting point for visiting Cordes-sur-Ciel, the Gaillac Vineyard, the bastides, and the medieval villages.
For your kids, the Cap Découverte complex is nearby, offering numerous bike trails and a variety of outdoor activities. The Atlantis Aquatic Center is also just a few minutes from the holiday cottage.

Here you’ll find a relaxing setting, a charming holiday cottage with a modern feel and every comfort, and a welcoming couple who are the owners of the property.

The holiday cottage has been completely renovated and is located in a wing of an old farmhouse, adjoining the owners’ home, in a quiet setting surrounded by meadows and woods. The Piscine is shared with the owners (1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with a gentle slope).

Recreation area with a picnic table, barbecue, playground for kids (slide, ladder, swing), bocce court, and ping-pong table.

Ground floor: living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, pantry, and half-bath.
Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm bed, one with a 160x200 cm bed, and one with an 80x190 cm bed), one of which has a walk-in closet and sunroom, bathroom, and toilet. Reversible air conditioning.

Heating fee: 50€/week—Electricity included up to 80 kWh per week.

Access to the Piscine is free; it is open from May through October (weather permitting).
