Pia is an ideal starting point for combining relaxation, culture and nature, and the region is ideal for Hiking, gourmet walks and discovering the local Vineyards. Culture lovers can explore the Catalan heritage and typical villages in the area, with Perpignan and its rich historic center close by. For outdoor activities, beaches and water sports are within easy reach in Canet-en-Roussillon and Saint-Cyprien. The garden-level Holiday cottage is located in a quiet, pleasant area, and is well exposed to the sun to keep cool even in the hottest weather. The Holiday cottage has its own private garden. The magnificent eucalyptus tree provides shade for the terrace at any time of day, which can be accessed through two French windows in the kitchen and living room. The Piscine (10X5) is surrounded by a garden of varied species. Swimming time is shared with the owner, who lives on site. However, for your convenience, the swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm. The pool house allows you to extend its use beyond the summer season, weather permitting. Small shops are nearby (producer, Pharmacy, mini-market, press, florist, etc.). Last but not least, the central location makes it easy to discover the region (10 minutes from the toll booth, 15 minutes from Perpignan city center, 20 minutes from the Beach, 5 minutes from the motorway...). The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and WC (separate) are one step higher, as is the shower. In the first bedroom: two 90x200 beds with an assembly system (zipped mattress topper on each side), giving the comfort of a single 180x200 double bed and the choice of assembling or not. The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x190. Secure enclosed parking is available for one vehicle.

Falcoemmanuel Séjour 27-31 octobre
La propriétaire a était très accueillante et a pu mettre à disposition du matériel pour enfant en bas âge.
Cela nous a bien aidé pour notre séjour.
Nous recommandons ce gîte qui est agréable avec un jardin privatisé.À profiter de la piscine en été.

Arlette Een heerlijk verblijf
Een heerlijk verblijf van 2 weken in Pia. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor leuke uitstappen. Het contact van te voren was al perfect, ter plaatse zijn we uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse, Sophie. Een ruim huisje met een heerlijke tuin met vollop schaduw (dat heb je wel nodig op deze plek!). Prima bedden, fijne douche een goed ingerichte keuken met een o.a een fijne combi magnetron oven. Het zwembad was perfect, heel schoon en niet te zwaar gechloord waardoor het erg aangenaam was.
Wederom een perfecte locatie via Gites de France gevonden, dat garandeert altijd een unieke lokatie met perfecte sfeer en mooi persoonlijk contact met de eigenaren, waar niets teveel moeite voor is. Dit in tegenstelling tot grotere aanbieders van logies waar het helaas vaak minder goed geregeld is. Wij zijn inmiddels al jaren trouwe, vaste gasten bij Gites de France!- Cleanliness

Orel Vacances à Pia
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans ce gîte confortable. La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, c’est une personne disponible, sympathique et qui est discrète pour que l’on se sente chez soi. La piscine est agréable, même si le temps fut moins bon sur une partie de notre séjour nous avons pu l’utiliser grâce au dôme. Bref je conseille sans problème ce gîte.

Je vous remercie de l'avis que vous venez de déposer, positif sur la literie et la piscine.
Je note vos observations sur le manque de lumière et prises. Mais je suis étonnée sur les prises, côté cuisine (4 au niveau du plan de travail et 1 à côté du buffet). -
Gironde Havre de paix et de repos
Lieu calme et bien arboré où les plantes exotiques apportent de belles touches de couleurs.
Partie privative extérieure ombragée d'un superbe eucalyptus, sans oublier de vénérables bougainvilliers.
Casot fort bien agencé et confortable.
Grand sejour-cuisine (batterie d'équipement au top !)
2 chambres de bonnes surfaces, literies confortables.
Sanitaires indépendants....
Bref...
