Culture lovers can explore the Catalan heritage and typical villages in the area, with Perpignan and its rich historic center close by. For outdoor activities, beaches and water sports are within easy reach in Canet-en-Roussillon and Saint-Cyprien. The garden-level Holiday cottage is located in a quiet, pleasant area, and is well exposed to the sun to keep cool even in the hottest weather. The Holiday cottage has its own private garden. The magnificent eucalyptus tree provides shade for the terrace at any time of day, which can be accessed through two French windows in the kitchen and living room. The Piscine (10X5) is surrounded by a garden of varied species. Swimming time is shared with the owner, who lives on site. However, for your convenience, the swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm. The pool house allows you to extend its use beyond the summer season, weather permitting. Small shops are nearby (producer, Pharmacy, mini-market, press, florist, etc.). Last but not least, the central location makes it easy to discover the region (10 minutes from the toll booth, 15 minutes from Perpignan city center, 20 minutes from the Beach, 5 minutes from the motorway...). The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and WC (separate) are one step higher, as is the shower. In the first bedroom: two 90x200 beds with an assembly system (zipped mattress topper on each side), giving the comfort of a single 180x200 double bed and the choice of assembling or not. The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x190. Secure enclosed parking is available for one vehicle.
