Its orientation keeps it cool, even on hot days, and a fan is available in each room. The holiday cottage has a spacious private garden. The magnificent eucalyptus tree provides shade on the terrace at any time of day; the terrace is accessible through two French doors from the kitchen and living room. The Piscine (10x5) is surrounded by a garden featuring a variety of plants. Swimming times must be coordinated with the owner, who lives on-site. The covered area allows you to enjoy the pool beyond the summer season, weather permitting. Small local shops are nearby (farmers’ market, Pharmacy, mini-market, newsstand, florist, etc.). Finally, the central location makes it easy to explore the region (10 minutes from the toll plaza, 15 minutes from downtown Perpignan, 20 minutes from the Beach, 5 minutes from the expressway…). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a combination oven/microwave. The bathroom and the separate toilet are raised by one step, as is the shower. In the first bedroom: two 90x200 beds with a joining system (zippered mattress toppers on each side), which provides the comfort of a single large 180x200 bed and the option to join them or not. The second bedroom is furnished with a 160x190 bed. A secure, enclosed parking space is available for one vehicle.
