On the winding roads of the Lozère region, between green hills and deep forests, stands a little jewel of medieval architecture: Le Petit Château du Villard.
Located in Le Malzieu-Forain, this fortified house built in 1608 is a veritable invitation to step back in time.
As soon as you enter, the thick granite walls and imposing period fireplaces are a reminder of the fortified nature of the place.
Passionately restored some twenty years ago, it has retained its authenticity while adapting to the demands of modern comfort.
Here, time seems to have stood still for over 400 years.
Inside, every detail bears witness to the mansion's prestigious past.
The spacious, elegantly appointed rooms are decorated with period furniture, where carved wood and drapes recall the cosy ambience of centuries past.
And yet, behind these walls steeped in history, everything has been thought of to offer guests a pleasant experience: cosy beds, private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and 4G access.
The hosts, Valérie and Wilfried, are dedicated to welcoming their guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Every morning, a generous breakfast based on local produce is served, a real treat to start the day.
Private indoor parking for our Biker and fishing friends.
On request, you can also take advantage of a 90m² reception room for all your family gatherings (birthdays, cousinhoods, festive events...).
Price includes overnight stay and breakfast.

Magnifique découverte de ce beau chateau dans la nature et dans une belle ferme. Je vous recommande de dîner sur place. Arrêt recommandé pour découvrir la région. Tout est rénové avec goût, spacieux, super propre. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont préparés qu'avec des produits de la ferme ou de la région. Je recommande ++++++
