    Nous avons eu FROID. Environ 17° dans le gîte, idem pour la salle de bain. Rien pour s'installer à l'extérieur en cas de beau temps. Pas de "pot" de bienvenue.

    Bonjour,
    Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l'inconfort rencontré durant votre séjour. Le chauffage étant commun avec la maison principale, les propriétaires ne se sont malheureusement pas aperçus que la température dans le gîte, situé au-dessous, était insuffisante.
    Ils regrettent de ne pas avoir été informés sur le moment car ils auraient bien sûr fait le nécessaire. Vos remarques ont bien été prises en compte, et permettront d'éviter ce type de situation à l'avenir.
