In a hamlet on the banks of the river Le Chapeauroux, 15 min by car from all amenities and leisure activities: City of Langogne; Lake Naussac, its nautical leisure center, its accrobranche; Domaine de Barres golf course, Écuries de Palhères equestrian center. Lake Charpal 30 minutes away by car. Causse de Sauveterre, Gorges du Tarn and its canoeing and kayaking, 1h30 away by car for a day trip. Mende and the Thermal baths of Bagnols les Bains 40 km away.

Semi-detached house in a large wooded meadow of over 2,500 m², fenced off on the road side.

Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays. Minimum 7-night rental.

First floor: entrance hall with closet; storeroom; separate WC; bathroom with bath, double washbasin, high-seat WC and washing machine; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, bolster or ergonomic pillows 50x70, chest of drawers and closet; kitchen; living room with approval fireplace and flat-screen TV.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 separable Cot 80x190 Twin beds, pillows 65x65, closet; 1 bedroom with 1 Cot 140x190 with bolster or ergonomic pillows 50x70, 1 Cot 90x190 with pillows 65x65 and 1 Kids bed 60x130 cm with pillows 50x70.
