This gîte will give you the chance to relax with its fitness center featuring a spa, sauna and gym accessible under certain conditions: the fitness center is accessible according to the schedule managed on site.

Located at an altitude of 1100 meters, 2 km from Saint Amans, the Domaine de Coulagnettes is particularly representative of an architecture based on agricultural activity.

The gîte The 236 m², 3-storey Maison de Maître comprises :
First floor: a fully-equipped 16 m² fitted kitchen (double induction hob, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer), a storeroom (washing machine), a 31 m² period dining room with monumental sculpted fireplace (not usable), a 22 m² living room (2 sofas, flat-screen TV), a shower room with toilet.
1st floor: mezzanine living room (2-seater BZ sofa), bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed, private shower room), bedroom (2 x 90cm single beds), bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed), shower room with toilet and separate toilet.
2nd floor: mezzanine living room (2-seater sofa bed), bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed), bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed, private shower room), shower room, WC.
Electric heating, courtyard with small garden and covered area with garden furniture and barbecue shared with the estate's gîtes, set in the old bread oven.
Pets are allowed at a supplement of €4 per animal per night.

The price does not include Electricity over 70 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate), change of sheets during your stay (10€/bed), bathroom linen rental (6€/person), end-of-stay cleaning (150€). 2 cheques will be requested on arrival (200€ damage deposit and 150€ cleaning deposit).

    lieu magique

    week end familial dans le gite " Le Maitre" a ete une reussite. Magnifique lieu, gite tres confortable, le SPA est un veritable plus.

    Gîte exceptionnel

    Nous avons logé dans la maison de Maître, le lieu est formidable, rénové avec le respect de son histoire, l'environnement est également magnifique, un cours d'eau circule sous un pont à proximité, on peut se balader dans les forêts environnantes sans devoir utiliser son véhicule. Même si le site permet à 3 groupes d'y loger, tout est fait pour ne pas créer de gêne entre les uns et les autres. L'accueil et la présentation par la responsable du site permet de se sentir bien tout de suite. Parfait pour un séjour de 10 personnes.

    Beau séjour en Lozère

    Nous avons découvert ce gîte un peu par hasard, notre projet initial étant orienté vers Les Cévennes. Nous n'avons aucun regret, le gîte est particulièrement spacieux, parfait pour accueillir un regroupement familial estival, nos quatre adolescents ont pu ainsi organiser leur espace et chacun a pu trouver sa place. L'environnement immédiat est très très agréable, rivière , pont ancien départ de chemins etc) Idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.
    Quelques petits équipements ou aménagements (accès à la rivière) seraient bienvenus mais c'est assez secondaire (petite table dans une chambre, proposition de linge de maison).
