In the heart of the Margeride, in the small village of MIALANES with a stream running through it, "La Maison de Clémence" is a self-contained Holiday cottage ideal for lovers of space and nature. Fully renovated farmhouse.
First floor: (accessible to people with reduced mobility), fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), living room (TV, WIFI satellite cable and DVD player, ), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), walk-in shower, separate WC, storeroom (washing machine).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, separate WC, gaming room.
Babies welcome on request. Wood heating.
Green space, enclosed courtyard, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Bicycle shed.
Pets allowed with supplement: €20/night/pet
Cleaning service available at end of stay (70€) and during stay (12€/hour).
A supplement will be charged for electric car recharging.

Michel très bel hébergement
Nous avons été accueillis par un couple très avenant, cette location est superbe très bien entretenue avec tout le confort en particulier le re de chaussé PMR, je recommande cette location, Merci encore à eux pour cette semaine si agréable et reposante.

Excellent séjour, tout est parfait. Les propriétaires Cécile et Jojo sont aux petits soins et veillent au bien-être des vacanciers, le gîte est d'une propreté remarquable, spacieux, calme, très joli, et bien aménagé pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Sendai-Jin Un super-séjour dans un super-gîte!
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable, dans ce très beau gîte, très bien rénové et particulièrement propre et bien équipé! L’accueil par les propriétaires, qui habitent juste à côté, a été très chaleureux. Le terrain clos était parfait pour nos deux chiens.
