La Maison D'Alphonse is located in a small village nestled in the Margeride mountains.
This old farmhouse has been entirely restored in keeping with the architecture of the region. Bright and authentic, this comfortable yet modern residence will make you appreciate the peace and quiet for your days off. Numerous hiking trails will enable you to discover the treasures of the forests and the Truyère river for fishing enthusiasts. Visits to the farm are also possible.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), dining room and living room with underfloor heating and wood-burning stove, TV, WIFI access, laundry room (washing machine) with separate WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bathroom, separate WC, electric radiators.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed and 2 x 90cm single beds), shower room, electric radiators.
Baby equipment (high chair and cot).
Quiet, enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
Pets allowed free of charge.
Possibility of renting the gîte for 4 people.

Famille York Agréable, spacieux et très bien équipé
Nous étions ravis de pouvoir revenir passer une semaine au vert et au calme dans ce gîte confortable, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé, y compris en mobilier de jardin ; la propriétaire est très accueillante et Gizerac, (près du Malzieu-Ville), offre des paysages magnifiques, des promenades à pied et beaucoup de possibilités de sorties avec voiture sans aller très loin (forêts, rivière, patrimoine, produits du terroir)… Détente assurée !
