Gîte "l'Hermet" :
Living room (TV, fixed sofa) with equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob), shower room with WC (washing machine), 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
2 terraces, one with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pets allowed free of charge. WIFI ACCESS.

The price includes Utilities, electricity including electric heating (up to 26 kWh/day).

The price does not include End-of-stay cleaning service (25€), bathroom and household linen rental (5€/pers), bed linen rental (8€/bed) Electricity over 26 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate). 2 cheques will be requested on arrival (one for 150€ damage deposit and one for 25€ cleaning deposit returned if the gîte is left clean).
