At the foot of Mont Lozère in the Cévennes National Park and on the Stevenson Trail, this owner offers three semi-detached gîtes in a quiet hamlet. Close to Pont De Montvert with all amenities.
Gîte "Le Finiels":
First floor: Living room (TV) with equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, gas stove with oven), shower room with WC and washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pets allowed free of charge. WIFI

The price includes Utilities, electricity including electric heating (up to 26 kWh/day).

The price does not include End-of-stay cleaning service (€25), linen hire (€5/person), bed linen hire (€8/bed). Electricity over 26 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate). 2 cheques will be requested on arrival (one for 150€ damage deposit and one for 25€ cleaning deposit returned if the gîte is left clean).

  Avis sur ce gîte

  Gîte très difficile d accès surtout pour se garer et se croiser. Le gîte est fortement déconseillé pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Escalier en échelle de meunier pour accéder à la cuisine et sanitaire et également pour accéder à la chambre qui est sous le toit. Si vous êtes grand baissez la tête pour vous coucher.
  Le village du pont de Montvert n est pas entretenu. Dommage

Niché dans un hameau de moyenne montagne, le gîte est accessible par les charmantes routes étroites et sinueuses des Cévennes, qui peuvent surprendre au départ mais qui font tout le caractère de notre région !Après vérification, il s'agit bien d'escaliers.Bien cordialement,

  Petit gite charmant, à proximité à la fois des balades et du Pont de Montvert!(A pied!) dans le calme. Propriétaire accueillant.
