Open spaces, calm and Wellbeing: Le Crespin Holiday cottage in Antrenas, at the gateway to Aubrac and the Lozère valleys, welcomes you to an unspoilt environment, facing wide-open spaces, and set in an authentic estate with character: the 19th-century Crespin farm and château, witnesses to local history.
A former barn that has been completely renovated, the Holiday cottage is insulated, comfortable and partly heated with wood. Perched at an altitude of 850 meters, it enjoys a breathable, pleasant climate, particularly in summer. Take advantage of its private outdoor Spa / Jacuzzi, facing nature, for a moment of relaxation in total privacy.
In a restful atmosphere, you'll discover a warm and welcoming Holiday cottage, with outdoor spaces such as a shaded terrace near the old bread oven, a summer lounge overlooking the Lozère countryside, a barbecue and a pétanque court, ideal for socializing.
Its location is an excellent way to discover the Lozère region, just 5 minutes from the A75 motorway, close to the Causses and the Gorges du Tarn. In winter, snow is never far away; in spring and autumn, nature offers remarkable scenery. In summer, you can take shelter from the heat, enjoy the cool evening air and watch the shooting stars.
Forests, rivers and paths are accessible on foot or by bike (mountain bikes available), so you don't always have to take the car. Many nearby sites: Gévaudan wolf park, Margeride bison park, Lake du Moulinet.
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage has a large living room with wood-burning stove and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms, with top-of-the-range 160 cm bedding and private bathroom or shower.

Dobra Noël en Lozère
Le gite Le Crespin est d'un confort exceptionnel, il mérite largement ses 4 épis !
Les 3 chambres avec leur salle de bain et WC indépendants sont très agréables et la literie de bonne qualité. Rien à redire sur l'ensemble du gîte et le SPA est vraiment un plus après la balade quotidienne ! Le contact avec Mme Segala qui nous a reçus a été très instructif, elle nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires à notre séjour.
Si l'occasion se présente, nous retournerons au Crespin avec plaisir !

One of the best gites we have ever stayed in (anywhere, not just in France). Beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Stunning views, spacious house and garden. The jacuzzi was a huge treat. A very warm welcome by the housekeeper who was very helpful with recommendations. Our first visit to the Lozere and we would return without hesitation.

Dino Gîte magnifique
C'est un gîte avec un niveau d'équipement haut de gamme, à la décoration soignée, et à proximité de Marvejols où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.

Sandrine Sérénité, confort et vue exceptionnelle
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce gîte remarquable d'une propreté irréprochable avec notre chihuahua qui s'est, lui aussi, senti très vite à l'aise.
Tout est pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Nous avons rencontré de véritables amoureux de leur département qui nous ont transmis leur attachement...
Nous avons totalement déconnecté de notre vie urbaine avec joie en découvrant de magnifiques sites puis en nous relaxant dans le jacuzzi.
Le seul petit bémol est le manque de sentiers de randonnées au départ du gîte (ou d'indications) et la difficulté de pratiquer du vélo au vu du dénivelé (à moins d'être de grands sportifs!). Il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour découvrir pleinement la région mais cela en vaut vraiment la peine; la situation géographique du gite étant excellente.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et réfléchissons déjà à de prochaines vacances (peut être plus longues) au Crespin en 2026.
