In this little corner of paradise, close to La Canourgue, where calm and nature are the hallmarks of Le Montet, a renovated farmhouse with two Holiday cottages.
On the ground floor, Holiday cottage "La Prairie" opens onto a south-facing terrace and a living room with TV and piano.
The 1st floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven), a bedroom (1 double bed, en-suite shower room) and a separate toilet.
The 2nd floor comprises 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 twin single beds (90cm), shower room and separate wc.
Wood-burning boiler.
Housekeeping included.
Private courtyard with garden furniture and gas plancha.
Parking nearby.
Pets allowed free of charge up to a limit of 2.
WIFI Internet access available.
Electric cars cannot be recharged on site, but there is a recharging point in La Canourgue.
No parking facilities for camper vans.

Anne Très bon séjour
Très bon accueil des propriétaires (dont 1 excellent cake fait maison en guise de bienvenue!), très ouverts et prêts à rendre service. Le gîte est bien aménagé, au calme de la campagne. Le déroulé du séjour correspondait à nos attentes (repos, détente)

Bernia Wonderful holiday location away from it all
We had a wonderful time at the Gîte "La Prairie" as it fully matched our expectation for a successful holiday: remote with approx. 6 km distance to shops and towns, stunning location in the middle of a beautiful landscape, excellent starting point for hikes and bike tours into the surrounding. The Gorges du Tarn are a mere 30 mins drive away. Despite being close to the A75 (of which you are completely shielded in the Gite), the area is uncrowded and remote. The Gite - a former bergerie - is perfectly equipped, clean and spacious. The friendly owners live close and provided us with lovely welcoming gifts from the farm and the region. We can thoroughly recommend the place to anyone looking for quiet and serenity in stunning surroundings.

Traduction de l'avis : Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Gîte "La Prairie", qui a pleinement répondu à nos attentes pour des vacances réussies : un cadre isolé à environ 6 km des commerces et des villes, un emplacement magnifique au milieu d'un paysage splendide, un excellent point de départ pour des randonnées et des excursions à vélo dans les environs. Les Gorges du Tarn sont à seulement 30 minutes de route. Malgré la proximité de l'A75 (dont on est complètement protégé dans le gîte), la région est peu fréquentée et isolée. Le gîte, une ancienne bergerie, est parfaitement équipé, propre et spacieux. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, vivent à proximité et nous ont offert de charmants cadeaux de bienvenue de la ferme et de la région. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent calme et sérénité dans un cadre magnifique.
