Gîte d'Aubrac

Peace and greenery in the very heart of the village of Saint Germain du Teil. This renovated character house faces due south on the slopes of Aubrac, 7 minutes from the Lot valley and the A75 motorway. While enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside, this house is ideally located on the outskirts of the village, within walking distance of all amenities: bakery, grocery store, café... A large wooded plot completes the property. Numerous walks and hiking trails nearby.
The gîte (approx. 160m2 plus play barn) comprises 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comprises 2 apartments for 4 and 8 people, each with its own fully-equipped dining room. A 24 m2 kitchen-dining room and another 35 m2 dining room-kitchen-living room that can easily accommodate 12 people at table. On the first floor of the great room, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds open onto a landing with entrance to the bathroom and WC.
On the other level, a dining room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, WC and bathroom and, on the upper level, a mezzanine with two single beds and a cot.
On the outside patio level is a cellar with washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue and WC. A second cellar for wood....and additional outdoor furniture if required.
A barn with table soccer, ping pong and pétanque balls....is also ideal for storing bikes or motorcycles.

Sleeping arrangements

Outside: large meadow with sequoia to set up chairs and tables and possibly bring in car(s), but parking recommended on the entrance lane above the meadow.
