Holiday cottage Aulas is in Lozère on the Causse de Sauveterre, 3.5 km from the A75 (exit 41). It lies on the edge of the village of La Tieule, quiet and easy to reach.
Close to the owners' Caussenarde farm, a typical farm dating from 1789 and preserved in its original style, the Holiday cottage Aulas is an old barn renovated with noble, natural materials: stone, wood, lime-hip and wood wool.... Perfectly insulated, it's warm in summer (no air-conditioning) and mild in winter (underfloor heating with wood chips).
An archway separates the kitchen from the living room, the windows let in plenty of light, and the furnishings are functional and pleasing to the eye.
Spacious and on one level, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR) thanks to its access ramp, easy circulation in the large rooms, and wide, high doors.
Comfortable, high-quality bedding: a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90cm) in the low-ceilinged mezzanine. There's also a comfortable 90x200 extra bed and a baby bed.
Television, internet and wi-fi connections.
With its two wooden terraces, you'll enjoy breakfast in the rising sun in front of a natural, relaxing landscape. Letting go is within your reach.
Parking is available at the foot of the ramp.
Just outside the farm, you'll find paths for long or short walks, always in the heart of nature.
You'll be able to take advantage of the excellent farm produce made from ducks (pâtés, cassoulets, foie gras, etc.) sold on the farm, as well as many other products you'll find in the area. Here, gastronomy is part of the landscape!

Nous sommes venus dans la région pour la course des templiers qui a lieu à Millau et nous avons été ravis du logement ! Au calme, plongée dans une nature reposante et apaisante nous avons même repris des force le lendemain de la course grâce à un fabuleux cassoulet fait et vendu sur place, tout comme d’autre produits autour du canard et de l’autruche. Le logement est neuf, très bien équipé, c’est vraiment une très bonne adresse ! Je recommande +++

Accueil bienveillant
Le gîte situé dans un petit hameau offre le calme, avec un superbe paysage depuis la terrasse et les fenêtres, avec départ à pied pour de belles balades au coeur de la nature.
Le gîte est fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire.
Notre fils avec une mobilité réduite a pu se déplacer aisément dans tout le gîte avec un déambulateur.- Cleanliness

Gîte très agréable, très bien équipé, confortable. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la nature et le dépaysement à portée de mains.
(gîte très bien isolé, n'avons pas du tout été gênés par la fin des travaux coté cours).
Dominique, la propriétaire des lieux, a fait preuve de beaucoup de discrétion, de gentillesse, s'inquiétant toujours de notre bien être.

Bonjour ! Je vous remercie pour ce superbe avis, il est vrai que vous avez été très conciliants puisque il y a eu des travaux pendant votre séjour. Ca y est la cour est enfin aménagée et les eaux de pluie ne viendront plus stagner devant le gîte. Merci pour votre amabilité et vos conseils.
