Holiday cottage Aulas is in Lozère on the Causse de Sauveterre, 3.5 km from the A75 (exit 41). It lies on the edge of the village of La Tieule, quiet and easy to reach.
Close to the owners' Caussenarde farm, a typical farm dating from 1789 and preserved in its original style, the Holiday cottage Aulas is an old barn renovated with noble, natural materials: stone, wood, lime-hip and wood wool.... Perfectly insulated, it's warm in summer (no air-conditioning) and mild in winter (underfloor heating with wood chips).
An archway separates the kitchen from the living room, the windows let in plenty of light, and the furnishings are functional and pleasing to the eye.
Spacious and on one level, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR) thanks to its access ramp, easy circulation in the large rooms, and wide, high doors.
Comfortable, high-quality bedding: a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90cm) in the low-ceilinged mezzanine. There's also a comfortable 90x200 extra bed and a baby bed.
Television, internet and wi-fi connections.
With its two wooden terraces, you'll enjoy breakfast in the rising sun in front of a natural, relaxing landscape. Letting go is within your reach.
Parking is available at the foot of the ramp.
Just outside the farm, you'll find paths for long or short walks, always in the heart of nature.
You'll be able to take advantage of the excellent farm produce made from ducks (pâtés, cassoulets, foie gras, etc.) sold on the farm, as well as many other products you'll find in the area. Here, gastronomy is part of the landscape!

CSOUV Séjour parfait !
Cet endroit est un havre de paix ! Le gîte est très confortable, spacieux, lumineux et l'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le joli village de La Tieule et avons apprécié la douceur de vivre des vacances à la découverte des magnifiques paysages de la Lozère. Le tout avec le soleil qui nous a accompagné tout le long de la semaine.

Ben Semaine tout confort
La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour répondre à notre confort et à nos besoins : tout est pensé dans ce gîte neuf pour être comme chez soi. Belle rénovation de cette bergerie juste à côté de la très belle bâtisse caussardienne des propriétaires.
Dommage, la semaine au niveau temps n'a pas permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse. Calme général de l emplacement et facile pour rayonner dans les magnifiques gorges du Tarn ou sur le causse de sauveterre pour de superbes randonnées bien balisées.
Un petit inconvénient par moments avec les aboiements des chiens d un élevage un peu plus haut qui ne s entendent que lorsqu on est sur la terrasse.- Cleanliness

Francis Adorable gîte en Lozere
Gite récemment restauré avec beaucoup de goût a partir d une grange typique de la région avec des matériaux nobles (pierres,bois,chanvre et chaux) .
