Holiday cottage Aulas is in Lozère on the Causse de Sauveterre, 3.5 km from the A75 (exit 41). It lies on the edge of the village of La Tieule, quiet and easy to reach.
Close to the owners' Caussenarde farm, a typical farm dating from 1789 and preserved in its original style, the Holiday cottage Aulas is an old barn renovated with noble, natural materials: stone, wood, lime-hip and wood wool.... Perfectly insulated, it's warm in summer (no air-conditioning) and mild in winter (underfloor heating with wood chips).
An archway separates the kitchen from the living room, the windows let in plenty of light, and the furnishings are functional and pleasing to the eye.
Spacious and on one level, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR) thanks to its access ramp, easy circulation in the large rooms, and wide, high doors.
Comfortable, high-quality bedding: a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90cm) in the low-ceilinged mezzanine. There's also a comfortable 90x200 extra bed and a baby bed.
Television, internet and wi-fi connections.
With its two wooden terraces, you'll enjoy breakfast in the rising sun in front of a natural, relaxing landscape. Letting go is within your reach.
Parking is available at the foot of the ramp.
Just outside the farm, you'll find paths for long or short walks, always in the heart of nature.
You'll be able to take advantage of the excellent farm produce made from ducks (pâtés, cassoulets, foie gras, etc.) sold on the farm, as well as many other products you'll find in the area. Here, gastronomy is part of the landscape!
