Situated in the peaceful hamlet of Auxillac, in the commune of La Canourgue, this charming Holiday cottage welcomes you in a quiet, authentic setting. On arrival, you'll discover a warm and welcoming living space on the first floor, comprising a fully-equipped kitchen and a large, comfortable and cosy living room. The latter features a library and an office space perfectly suited to Telework. Upstairs, you'll find a lovely, bright bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a private balcony offering a truly relaxing space and direct access to the outdoors. A separate toilet is also available on this level. The lower level (N-1) offers additional sleeping space, ideal for welcoming family and friends: * a sleeping area with two single beds (80x200), convertible into a double bed, * a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), * and a separate toilet.

Outside, you'll find a pleasant patio with garden furniture, as well as a private enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days in peace and quiet. A private parking space is also available. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and beds will be made on arrival. Pets are not allowed and the interior of the Holiday cottage is non-smoking, thank you for your understanding.
