Holiday cottage in a renovated farmhouse in the medieval hamlet of Le Villard. The site overlooks the Lot valley on a rocky spur. 4 km from the A75 freeway and 5 minutes from Chanac and its shops.
Enjoy an atypical, plush Holiday cottage in the heart of unspoilt countryside, with its own Jacuzzi area (shower +WC).
You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, vitro hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) opening onto a living room with TV and pellet stove.
A master bedroom opening onto an enclosed garden (1 x 140cm bed and private shower room). A washing-machine area and separate WC.
A mezzanine with 2 sleeping areas: on one side 1 140cm bed and on the other 3 90cm beds (convertible into a double bed) and a shower room.
Wifi, Electric heating, baby equipment. Private courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parking. Open all year round.
Pets not allowed.

Milo2 Gîte agréable
Gîte très agréable calme et très propre. Manque très peu de chose pour qu'il soit parfait. De la vaisselles adaptées à un gîte de 6 personnes. Un four mais pas de plat allant au four et pas de manik pour sortir les choses du four. Une poêle à changer. Des saladiers non adaptés à 6 personnes. Des verres à reassortir. Une raclette dans les douches.

Belle ambiance dans cette belle rénovation d’une ferme caussenarde. De beaux matériaux, une ambiance chaleureuse en hiver et un petit plus avec l’espace jacuzzi au sous-sol, top dans une ambiance hivernale.
