L'Oustalet is the little house on the causse, like a dream of nature... a traditional Quercy home renovated with passion by Pierre, in memory of his uncle Ernest and his aunt Christiane! In a secluded setting, 800m from the village center, this simple, warm house boasts a living room opening onto a small terrace with a commanding view over the surrounding countryside. Upstairs, 2 contemporary-style bedrooms in light tones also add a pleasant touch. Outside, in a very open landscape, an adjoining garden bordered by low walls delimits a shaded enclosure, while all around a vast wooded area opens onto the surrounding countryside. A few steps lead up to a small terrace which opens onto the front door and the main room, comprising a sitting area with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette. From the living room, a staircase leads to 2 attic bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 80x200) and a shower room + wc. Unenclosed grounds of 5000m², partially planted with trees. Bakery and restaurant 800m away in the village, swimming, fishing and canoeing 10km away. This house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Gîte paisible au milieu de la nature.
Parfait pour les amoureux de randonnée. Un circuit passe devant le gîte.
A proximité du village de Lauzes avec une boulangerie, un café restaurant (700m).Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire.

Nous avons passe une semaine très agréable le gite est reposant calme très propre avec une cuisine très complète .bonne literie .un extérieur verdoyant ou il fait bon manger en terrasse que du plaisir
la gentillesse de PIERRE pour son accueil chaleureux a contribuer a notre super séjourainsi que le soleil de septembre pour les visites alentour

zazou très agréable
La région est très belle, la maison est agréable et bien équipée, très isolée donc parfaitement au calme. Grand terrain. Le poêle chauffe très bien, s'il fait froid et qu'on ne veut pas dépenser de l'électricité en chauffage. Notez que la grange n'est en fait pas accessible.
