In a secluded setting, 800m from the village center, this simple, warm house boasts a living room opening onto a small terrace with a commanding view over the surrounding countryside. Upstairs, 2 contemporary-style bedrooms in light tones also add a pleasant touch. Outside, in a very open landscape, an adjoining garden bordered by low walls delimits a shaded enclosure, while all around a vast wooded area opens onto the surrounding countryside. A few steps lead up to a small terrace which opens onto the front door and the main room, comprising a sitting area with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette.
