It's an old barn dating from 1880, in a peaceful hamlet high above the Dordogne valley, in the Causse du Quercy region, decorated in a very trendy style, combining modernism and authenticity...
Here you'll appreciate the light tones in every room, and the comfort available to guests. Lou Niou is a pleasant place to stay in any season.

Ground floor: living room with sitting area, kitchenette with built-in appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, small electrical appliances, etc.), separate toilet.
Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned attic bedrooms, each with flat-screen TV, one with 2 twin beds (80x200) and the other with a 160cm bed; bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Heat pump, reversible air conditioning, electric shutters, all baby equipment available, wifi.

Outside, you'll love the enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, with its heated swimming pool measuring 3x3.20 and 1.35 max deep, secured by a bar cover.
The outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and chairs.

The Piscine is heated to 28° from the end of May to the end of September, included in the weekly rate.
It is possible to heat earlier in May or October, depending on the weather, with a supplement of €25/stay. Please make your request at least one week before your arrival.
