Just a stone's throw from the village of Thégra, in the beautiful Lot department, discover "Les 3 Catalpas". This cosy cocoon is located on the first floor of the owners' house, guaranteeing you a warm welcome. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the atmosphere of this place, where three majestic catalpas watch over your well-being. The private outdoor area is a veritable haven of peace: a shaded terrace invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, or simply relax with a good book. For a moment of relaxation, let yourself be tempted by the private spa, where the murmur of the catalpa leaves will accompany you in a moment of serenity. The swimming pool, shared with the owners, offers a pleasant place to swim. "Les 3 Catalpas is much more than just a gîte: it's an invitation to slow down, enjoy the simple pleasures of life and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Lot countryside. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family getaway or a wellness break, this unique place will meet all your expectations.
Gîte located on the ground floor of the owners' house. Enclosed grounds with shared swimming pool (secured by roller shutter) and private parking. Terrace with lounge adjoining the house, shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area and reading corner. Open-plan living/dining area, kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160x200 bed and the other with 2 x 90x190 beds that can be converted into 1 double bed. Bathroom with WC. Wifi access. ChromeCast TV. Linen and towels provided (beds to be made on arrival). End-of-stay cleaning optional.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Le gîte est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La piscine partagée et le spa sont un plus en période estivale.Christophe et Valérie ont été aux petits soins pour nous recevoir dans les meilleures conditions. Merci et au plaisir de refaire une escale chez vous.

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans le gîte.
Les propriétaires sont adorables et discrets.
Tout a été pensé pour que nous nous y sentions bien.
L'extérieur est très bien aménagé, pour se détendre, manger, dormir, jouer. Gros point positif pour le jacuzzi et la piscine.
L'intérieur est agréable, les pièces sont spacieuses, la literie est super, nous avons très bien dormi.Et le logement reste frais malgré les chaleurs.
Nous n'avons rien à redire, juste envie d'y retourner !
