This cosy cocoon is located on the first floor of the owners' house, guaranteeing you a warm welcome. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the atmosphere of this place, where three majestic catalpas watch over your well-being. The private outdoor area is a veritable haven of peace: a shaded terrace invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, or simply relax with a good book. For a moment of relaxation, let yourself be tempted by the private spa, where the murmur of the catalpa leaves will accompany you in a moment of serenity. The swimming pool, shared with the owners, offers a pleasant place to swim. Gîte located on the ground floor of the owners' house. Enclosed grounds with shared swimming pool (secured by roller shutter) and private parking. Terrace with lounge adjoining the house, shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area and reading corner. Open-plan living/dining area, kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160x200 bed and the other with 2 x 90x190 beds that can be converted into 1 double bed. Bathroom with WC. Wifi access. ChromeCast TV. Linen and towels provided (beds to be made on arrival). End-of-stay cleaning optional.
