Gîte/apartment (located in the town of Bretenoux, just off an avenue). Independent entrance via private garden. A few steps lead up to the gîte. The hall leads to a shower room with WC, a first bedroom with 1 x 80x200 bed and a pull-out bed that can be converted into a 160x200 bed. The kitchen is semi-open and fully equipped. Living/dining room with TV and board games. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. All-inclusive formula.
