Just a few minutes away, discover the Mediterranean Beaches, perfect for relaxing days out. And don't forget to explore the City of Montpellier, with its lively alleyways, iconic Place de la Comédie and Promenade du Peyrou... Nor will you be far from the famous Pic Saint-Loup, a must for hikers with its panoramic views, or the village of Saint-Guilhem le Désert with its abbey and famous Hiking trails.

The fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises:
- A well-equipped kitchen and dining area with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, coffee machine, and all you need for your stay;
- A pleasant, modern living room with sofa and TV;
- Three bedrooms with 140x190cm double beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room with mirrored basin;
- A fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a double sofa bed;
- A second bathroom with shower and washbasin with mirror;
- A beautiful exterior with a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, as well as a private swimming pool to enjoy the Hérault sunshine.
