Holiday cottage 60 m² on 2 levels, on the second floor of a renovated village house, comprising: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (1 bed 160X200cm in each), bathroom with separate toilet.
The accommodation also includes a 14 m² roof terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, as well as a ground-floor garage for 2 cars.
Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom, WIFI, beds made, bathroom linen included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €50.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Marseillan, beaches, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports (Kithau).

Très bon gîte au calme avec tous commerces sur place. Marseillan à gardé un côté village. Le garage est un plus très appréciable. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
