Holiday cottage 60 m² on 2 levels, on the second floor of a renovated village house, comprising: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (1 bed 160X200cm in each), bathroom with separate toilet.
The accommodation also includes a 14 m² roof terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, as well as a ground-floor garage for 2 cars.
Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom, WIFI, beds made, bathroom linen included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €50.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Marseillan, beaches, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports (Kithau).

Dom Endroit parfait, maison hyper bien décoré, équipée et fonctionnelle. La terrasse fermée sans vis à vis est un vrai atout. Nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied car tout est à proximité (commerces, boulangerie restaurants et port de l'étang de Thau)
A 10 minutes en voiture de Marseillan plage et c'est parfait ainsi (loin de l'effervescence touristique)
Endroit calme et hôte super sympa toujours disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations. Les avis antérieurs ne trompent pas.
L'accès se fait doucement par une petite ruelle mais on s'y fait rapidement et puis c'est ce qui fait le charme du Sud.
