Holiday cottage 60 m² on 2 levels, on the second floor of a renovated village house, comprising: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (1 bed 160X200cm in each), bathroom with separate toilet.
The accommodation also includes a 14 m² roof terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, as well as a ground-floor garage for 2 cars.
Reversible air-conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom, WIFI, beds made, bathroom linen included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €50.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Marseillan, beaches, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports (Kithau).

Sylvie Calme et confort
Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte moderne et confortable dans une petite rue calme à proximité des commerces. Grand garage très apprécié compte tenu qu'il est difficile de stationner dans les rues étroites environnantes. Accueil un peu express de la propriétaire.
