Gîte du Mas des Prats

In a superb environment between scrubland and oak woods, facing the Séranne river, and 4km from a bathing point of the Buèges river, enjoy a peaceful stay at the Mas des Prats, an old farmhouse entirely renovated and fitted out on the ground floor. This lodging is adjoining the owner's house.

The accommodation is composed of a kitchen both recent and functional, then on a lower half-level, the dining and living room space welcomes you for good times with family or friends. A very large room bathed in light has a double bed, and a second room has two single beds.

Outside, a nice shaded terrace with barbecue is adjacent to the gite, and the common garden with the owner who takes care of it offers several places to have your meals or enjoy a quiet time.

It is very easy to park in front of the gite, and a secure room is available to park motorcycles and bicycles.

Electricity consumption is charged at the end of your stay if you exceed the fixed price.
