Gîte du Mas des Prats

In a superb setting between garrigue and oak woods, facing the Séranne, and 4km from a bathing spot on the Buèges river, enjoy a peaceful stay at Mas des Prats, an old farmhouse entirely renovated and furnished on the ground floor.

This gîte is adjoining the owner's house, but has its own entrance.

The accommodation consists of a modern, functional kitchen, and on a lower half-level, the living and dining area, where you can spend quality time with family and friends. A very large, light-filled bedroom has a double bed, and a second bedroom has two single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed).

Outside, a lovely shaded terrace with barbecue is adjacent to the gîte, and the garden shared with the owner, who takes good care of it, offers several places to take your meals or enjoy a quiet moment.

Parking is easy in front of the gîte, and there's a secure parking area for bikes and motorcycles.

Electricity consumption is billed at the end of your stay if you exceed the fixed rate.
