Gîte de Grange Neuve

If you're looking for a quiet gîte in a green setting, strategically located for visiting the Hérault department, then the Grange Neuve gîte is for you.

Lulled by the song of the cicadas, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, with the town of Sète in the background.



This charming gîte can accommodate 6 people. Ideal for a family or group of friends, you'll enjoy a first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with a choice of a 160x200cm double bed or two single beds, and a third bedroom with two 90x200cm bunk beds.

For added convenience, the gîte also features a shower room and a large bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Senseo machine...



The large, bright living room offers a view of the town of Sète. It includes a relaxation area with sofas, television and a winter stove, a dining area and a mezzanine converted into a children's playroom.



The highlight of this gîte is undoubtedly its outdoor spaces.

From the living room, you have direct access to a large, shaded terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. You'll find garden furniture, a dining area and a barbecue at your disposal.

The huge garden is ideal for young and old alike to enjoy the sunny southern days. Several areas have been laid out for everyone to enjoy to their heart's content: deckchairs in the shade of the trees, sunbathing by the pool, picnic table, trampoline, ping-pong table and children's games.



For added comfort, the pool is equipped with a safety ladder system.

A washing machine is available in the gîte. The gîte is equipped with air conditioning.

Towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
