Nestled in a pristine natural setting, between scrubland and Vineyards, you’ll be staying just a stone’s throw from Valmagne Abbey, a Cistercian gem in the Hérault region located only 500 meters away. The holiday cottage’s location allows you to easily explore the Thau Lagoon, the beaches of Sète, and the lively streets of Montpellier. With its blend of heritage, fine dining, and Mediterranean landscapes, you’ll enjoy an ideal base for discovering the region’s treasures.

On one level, the holiday cottage opens onto a large, bright living area offering a beautiful, unobstructed view all the way to Sète. The living area includes a relaxation corner with sofas, a TV, and a stove for cooler seasons, as well as a cozy dining area.
A mezzanine converted into a gaming room will delight the kids.
The fully equipped kitchen makes your stay easier with an oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and Senseo coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of:

- a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed
- a versatile bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed or two single beds
- a bedroom with two 90x200 cm bunk beds

You have access to a shower room and a large bathroom for added daily comfort.
A washing machine is also available, and the holiday cottage is equipped with air conditioning.

From the living room, you have direct access to a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
The spacious, tree-lined garden offers various areas for relaxing or playing: lounge chairs, a picnic table, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, and kids’ games.
