La Mane de Marie is housed in a renovated farmhouse adjoining a year-round rental. A parking area is reserved in the courtyard of this property, which includes a 2nd gîte in another building. The gîte has a private garden at the rear, with a lounge and deckchairs. The owners live nearby. Pets not allowed.
Ideal for vacations exploring the Toulouse region and the Lauragais, for cyclists touring along the Canal (bike storage available), for business travelers or teleworkers, this gîte has it all!
Just 1km from the center of Ayguesvives, you'll enjoy a calm and relaxing environment, while being close to shops and services. The Canal du Midi (Ayguesvives lock) and its cycle path are 3.2km away (the Sanglier lock is 3.7km), Toulouse 27km away (a bus runs to Toulouse from the village).
This spacious, bright gîte is laid out on several levels: the entrance is into the living room, with a study area. From here, a few steps lead up to the kitchen and dining area. Separate toilet with washbasin. A staircase leads to the 1st floor, directly into the bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm). The shower/dressing room is accessed from the bedroom by 3 steps. Electric heating. Wifi internet connection (fiber). Non-smoking gîte.

Un gîte au calme, avec quelques points à améliorer
3/5Gîte au calme, idéal pour se ressourcer près de Toulouse. Albi et Carcassonne, à environ 50 minutes, offrent de belles escapades.
Le salon de jardin mériterait une meilleure attention : coussins peu propres, ambiance négligée. Cuisine équipée mais la porte d’habillage du frigo-congélateur manque, ce qui nuit à l’esthétique. À 590 euros la semaine, le rapport qualité-prix pourrait être amélioré — nous avons séjourné auparavant dans des hébergements plus soignés pour un tarif équivalent.
Cadre reposant et emplacement appréciable, mais quelques points à revoir pour rendre le séjour plus satisfaisant.

Nous prenons bien note de votre avis et des points à revoir...dommage, que vous nous ayez rien signalé pendant votre séjour, le nécessaire aurait été fait. Nous sommes très déçu par le niveau de la note propreté, ce n'ai pas dans nos habitudes de négliger ce point et là encore nous aurions bien aimé être informé pour mettre en place des mesures de correction...et que dire de votre évaluation sur notre accueil.... Il est toujours regrettable de découvrir des avis de ce type alors même qu'une bonne communication s''était établie.
