Welcome to this charming Holiday cottage located in the heart of the picturesque village of Montégut-Lauragais, a haven of peace nestled in the center of the tourist triangle of Toulouse (45km), Carcassonne (58km) and Albi (61km). Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, this characterful Holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay, combining peace, nature and cultural discoveries.
Take a stroll through the Pink City, explore the Place du Capitole, the Basilique Saint-Sernin, or the Aerospatiale Museum. Head to Carcassonne and admire the majestic ramparts of the medieval city, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In Albi, discover the magnificent Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. You can also take advantage of the owner's bike hire service to reach the Rigole de la Plaine du Canal du Midi (15mn), then Revel (7km), Cité d'Art, with its remarkable Market and Swimming Lake Saint-Ferréol.

Vacation home on one level, laid out as follows: entrance hall, living room (sitting area with convertible sofa 140*190cm, dining area and built-in kitchen), 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90*200cm)(2 beds 90*200cm), shower room and separate toilet. Single beds can be twinned to form a 180x200 double bed.
Outside area: private terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, hammock, deckchairs. To be shared with the tenants of the adjoining Holiday cottage for 2 people: garden, heated swimming pool open from May to September (10am to 7pm), meadow, pétanque and badminton court.

The owner lives in the first house as you enter the grounds. She can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a range of activities. A seminar room for 40 people is attached to the owners' house.
