Gîte adjoining the owners' holiday home in the Lauragais, near the lake of Saint-Ferréol, for 9 people with 4 bedrooms. Unfenced garden. Pets allowed. Wifi internet access.
This carefully renovated farmhouse is an ideal family home to relax, discover the Lauragais region and enjoy activities near the lake of St Ferréol (swimming, hiking, cycling along the Rigole) and Revel. Large, shady, relaxing garden with fenced-in pond. Table tennis, bikes available. Horseback riders and cyclists are welcome!
Ground floor: large entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room with large bay window, living room (with closed fireplace), 1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160), shower room/WC, storeroom. First floor: 3 bedrooms (3 single beds 90cm) (2 single beds 90cm) (1 double bed 160cm), bathroom+shower, WC with hand basin. Electric and wood heating. Baby equipment, horses welcome, bicycles loan.
The price includes: electricity up to 8kWh/day, water, subscriptions, cooking gas, wood, tea towels, napkins, potholders.
The price does not include: electricity according to consumption beyond 8kWh/day: 0.20€/kWh, sheets: 8€/bed/change, towels: 3€/person/change, end of stay cleaning: 60€.

5/5séjour très agréable passé en famille pour Noël dans cette maison chaleureuse. Gîte bien équipé et chambres très spacieuses. La salle de bain à l'étage est parfaite pour de jeunes enfants. Mais le petit plus, c'est l'accueil de Jeanne. Feu de cheminée allumé pour notre arrivée, sapin de Noël et petits présents sur la table en plus de sa gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
