Set on an 8-hectare estate (6 of which are farmed), this spacious 210m² stone house with 3 levels and 60m² private terrace is ideal for families and friends in the Countryside. This house will delight young and old alike with its many facilities: private fenced swimming pool (12x5m), play area with table tennis, sauna under the shed... and for the more curious and sporty, many walking trails in the vicinity!
First floor: large reception hall with relaxation area and billiards table, leading to 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 140, 1 bed 90) and a shower room with toilet. Garden level: large living room with dining area and bar, lounge and kitchen opening onto terrace, bathroom and separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 baby bed.

5/5Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gîte est très bien situé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible si besoin et très discret. Le gîte est très agréable, bien équipé et offre une vue incroyable sur la campagne Gersoise.
