Welcome to the Gers. If you're looking for peace and quiet for your vacations, you'll love this little 44m2 cocoon set in wooded grounds.
Set in a 12-hectare estate of meadows and Forest, this small, detached 44m2 house opens onto 2 beautiful terraces and offers a breathtaking view over the Countryside and the village of Monfort with its church. There's a lovely private Piscine (8x4m) for your moments of relaxation. From the Holiday cottage, take one of the paths and explore the property: organic market garden, henhouse, 6ha of woodland, and if you wish, continue along the path and discover the surrounding Countryside and its villages. Located close to the owners, you'll receive a personalized, discreet welcome. To make your arrival easier, linen is provided and beds are made.
It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an en-suite shower room with washbasin and spacious walk-in shower, and a toilet. On the terrace at the back of the house overlooking the Piscine, you'll find garden furniture and a plancha.

Claudio 87 Nous avons fait plusieurs séjours en août au Double en réservant auprès des propriétaires dès la fin du séjour pour l'année suivante. Cette année cela n'a pas été possible car tout est déjà réservé pour 2025 auprès des Gites 32. Doit-on réservé 2 ans à l'avance pour tenter d'avoir ce gite?
