Set in a 12-hectare estate of meadows and Forest, this small, detached 44m2 house opens onto 2 beautiful terraces and offers a breathtaking view over the Countryside and the village of Monfort with its church. There's a lovely private Piscine (8x4m) for your moments of relaxation. From the Holiday cottage, take one of the paths and explore the property: organic market garden, henhouse, 6ha of woodland, and if you wish, continue along the path and discover the surrounding Countryside and its villages. Located close to the owners, you'll receive a personalized, discreet welcome. To make your arrival easier, linen is provided and beds are made.

It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an en-suite shower room with washbasin and spacious walk-in shower, and a toilet. On the terrace at the back of the house overlooking the Piscine, you'll find garden furniture and a plancha.
